Dear Greg,

I'd like to thank you for all of your efforts in making my fundraiser such a success last Sunday.

Despite the rain at 3:30, everything was in place by the time folks arrived at 4:30. Obviously, the turnout was excellent and the organization really had things running smoothly. Without you, would the field have been mowed, the tables and chairs picked up, delivered, set up (and wiped down after the rain!)? Would the food have been cooked and served, name tags filled out, ticket sales organized, extra barbeque sauce made?

It was apparent the many hands worked long hours. I know how much time and energy you donated. Joanie and I were able to thoroughly enjoy the day and want you to know how grateful we are that you shared your talents to make the fundraiser so special.
